It is likely that visitors to your PastView website will have queries they wish to raise and this is where our ‘Enquiries’ feature proves very helpful. 

The enquiries option enables you to set up a contact form within your website, linked to a designated email address, so that users can make contact by simply completing and submitting the online form.

Enquiries are logged under an ‘enquiries tab’ where you can see an audited record of the enquiries received to date, with the option to respond to those enquiries using the email provided within the contact form. This is a centralised login area on your website which enables you to manage and control how you interact and respond with your users.
